Construction of modern prison at Puzhal :
The construction of Modern Prison Complex and construction of 216quarters for residential accommodation at Puzhal completed.

Construction of new DGP Office Complex :
The Government entrusted to TNPHC, the construction of new DGP office complex in the Film City Complex at Tharamani at a financial cost of Rs.42.20 crores in G.O.ms.No.1292 Home (Pol.X) dt.2/12/2003.

Construction of Police Academy :
The Government inG.O.Ms.No.309 Home (Pol.X) dt.23/04/2005 have approved the conceptual type design and accepted block administrative sanction for Rs.48.23 crores

MPF scheme works:
The Government have entrusted to TNPHC, various works under MPF schemes during this financial year. During this financial year, TNPHC executed the works under MPF scheme for a total value of Rs.17.40 crores.

SPECIAL REPAIRS :
During the year 2004-2005, special repairs to the police quarters/buildings to the tune of Rs.578.23 lakhs have been carried out by the Corporation.
